Today my baby turns four, my baby... I can hardly believe how quickly the years since we first saw his beautiful face have passed. Long gone are any traces of my not so little baby, the toddler is gone too, now he is 100% all boy, amazing me with the things he is capable of. Joshua is my little warrior, my independent one, my stubborn one :). He does not seem to be afraid of much of anything and is in no way hesitant to share what he is feeling. Joshua is my brazen one, leaping into a swimming pool at a year of age (thankfully I was there to catch him). He can be both sweet and mischievious, telling his brother how much he loves him one minute, antagonizing him to tears the next. He is smart, I am in constant awe of his little mind, from very early his grasp of language was obvious and I can see him writing or speaking someday. For now his dreams are to be a scientist :). Joshua is generous, always willing to share, and would usually rather give in than argue. He is silly, my little ham, always doing something goofy to get a laugh (although he doesn't like to be laughed at if he's not aiming for it:). I am blessed beyond measure to be called to be his mother and am excited for the incredible things I know God has in store for his life....
